Production line: Fully automated multi-effect-filters for water cleaning and purification
This amazing production line is doing fully automated multi-effect-filters for water cleaning and purification. From the first idea to the accepted production machine it was done as a turn-key-solution for our customer. Our big experience in the handling of flexible pieces and material was very beneficial while doing an ongoing optimization of the product with the automation focus. While design was taking place we also did robotic simulation to improve the cycle time in production and to ensure a smooth product transport throughout the production equipment.

Automatic cleaning cycle module for various mechanically machined steel parts of different sizes
Compact modular cleaning unit for removing swarf and organic dirt at gear box parts. This machine is also equipped with fully automated dosing technology for consistent cleaning fluid quality as well as ultrasonic generators for increased cleaning performance. The workpieces are cleaned in the ultrasonic bath first and flushed in bath 2 right after that. Finally a preservation is dispensed to the workpieces.
