PREASSEMBLY LINE FOR AUTOMATIC GEAR BOX | OIL SUPPLY
The oil supply unit is a functional unit within the automatic gear box. The machine concept transports the subassembly to the various mounting and check stations by using a robust workpiece carrier system. Single pieces are provided by automatic feeding systems. They are also separated, checked in dimension and positioned before servo driven mounting processes are bringing them together with controlled mounting force or bolting sequences.
All production data is synchronized with the customer MES system.

ASSEMBLY LINE for thermal management modul including EOL-TEST
The modul is a compact and innovative cooling fluid transport and control module to distribute cooling performance right to the classic motor sections where needed and thus decreasing CO2 emissions significantly. All single pieces being mounted for this unit are fully automatic feeded and separated. All ports are mounted in various angle settings and being pressed in with Loctite dosing as well as closed loop servo driven mounting force control.
Two housing parts are surfaced cleaned, positioned and bolted. Finally the electronics unit is mounted and end of line tested as well. Once a leakage test of the overall unit is successful we are done.
