What will your apprenticeship entail?
You can expect a lot of practical experiences and variety. During your apprenticeship you will gain insights into different departments with experienced and competent instructors at your side. As an apprentice at WOLL, you’ll always be involved in business operations, and we will continuously promote your professional growth.
Information about the professional field
Technical product designer
Do you want to develop innovations or improve what already exists? As a technical product designer you will take part in the development of plants and machinery and create three-dimensional data models as well as technical documentation for components and assemblies. During your apprenticeship you will learn how to analyse technical documents, develop product concepts and work with CAD programs. Finally, everything is put into practice: you take part in the practical implementation and later gain first-hand experience of test runs, revisions or optimisations.
Administrator for office management
Your range of duties is highly diverse and varied: in principle, it includes all commercial-administrative and organisational activities. During your training you will work in several departments to gain insight into our company’s daily operations. In addition to office communication and organisational tasks, accounting, bookkeeping and technical purchasing duties also form part of your area of responsibility.
Metal worker construction technology
As an apprentice metal worker in construction technology you will be taught basic techniques, such as drilling, milling and welding and will also get to apply them directly in practice. You will be involved in international customer projects and gain an insight into different activities.
What happens after your apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are given a high priority at WOLL Maschinenbau. We rely on our in-house trained junior employees – and will continue to do so in the future. Therefore, we train with the aim to give our trainees a permanent position.
